The vast majority of all lab work performed at Pou Veterinary Group are sent to certified laboratories. At these facilities, your pet’s blood work, or pathology samples, are analyzed by board certified veterinarians.

Our outsourced laboratories examine your pet’s sample several times, before sending us the results. This ensures that your pet’s lab work is free of human error and is as accurate as can be.

We typically receive labs the same day, within 24 hours. Rapid, accurate results allow us to diagnose your pet quickly. The sooner we have a diagnosis, the sooner our doctors can recommend a treatment plan to help your pet.
